Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash management processes, including bill pay, wire transfers, and meticulous expense tracking to optimize liquidity.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
• Track investments and capital accounts, monitoring performance metrics, distributions, and contributions for portfolio oversight.
• Coordinate seamlessly with tax advisors, external accountants, and legal professionals to ensure compliance and alignment on tax strategies.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation, adhering to best practices for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting enhancements, leveraging technology to streamline family office operations.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Staff Accountant role, candidates should bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced certification is a plus.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience, preferably in boutique accounting firms, wealth management, or HNW tax practices.
