  • Conducting regular job cost reviews and variance analysis with Project Managers to identify overruns, underutilizations, or risks, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments, resolve discrepancies, and uphold accurate reporting.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and presenting detailed monthly project financial reports, including profit/loss statements, cash flow projections, and KPI dashboards for leadership review.
  • Supporting all financial and administrative elements of project closeout, such as final billing, retainage release, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
