Key Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will handle a diverse range of accounting tasks essential to the company's financial health. Core duties include:

• Preparing and posting accurate journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements.
• Performing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, bank statements, and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities, including flux analysis and financial reporting preparation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices.
• Supporting internal and external audits by gathering documentation and explaining accounting treatments.
• Identifying process improvements in accounts payable, expense reporting, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements through robust internal controls.

Required Qualifications
