Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of hands-on accounting tasks and strategic support. Key duties include:

• Assisting with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger (GL) maintenance to keep financial records precise.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closings by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for timely and accurate completion.
• Helping develop financial reports, budgets, tax preparation documents, and audit schedules to support informed business decisions.
• Uploading invoices, expense reports, and audit/tax information into third-party software systems for efficient processing and compliance.
• Communicating proactively with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or account inquiries swiftly.
• Compiling and organizing financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring all metrics are audit-ready.
• Providing cross-functional support to accounting, operations, and other teams as projects demand.
• Performing ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties, such as variance analysis or process improvements.

Required Qualifications
