Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of routine and strategic tasks:

  • Execute daily general ledger activities, including preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and SEC reporting documentation, adhering strictly to US GAAP standards.
  • Provide support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing, resolving discrepancies and optimizing workflows.
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and financial analysis to aid business decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain precise financial records in full compliance with internal policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and other regulatory mandates.
