Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of routine and strategic tasks:

• Execute daily general ledger activities, including preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and SEC reporting documentation, adhering strictly to US GAAP standards.
• Provide support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing, resolving discrepancies and optimizing workflows.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and financial analysis to aid business decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain precise financial records in full compliance with internal policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and other regulatory mandates.
• Actively participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency using tools like ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and external auditors, on special projects, system implementations, and annual audits.

Required Qualifications
