  • Open and organize mail, match vendor invoices to purchase orders and inventory docs, resolve discrepancies, and secure management approvals.
  • Collect and reconcile employee credit card receipts against statements, following up on missing items.
  • Process travel and expense reimbursements efficiently.

System and Communication Support

  • Perform data entry, generate reports, and manage transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • Maintain W-9 forms and support departmental projects as needed.
  • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.
