Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary finance business partner for the MN manufacturing site, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

• Executing timely and accurate month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reserves, account reconciliations, and stakeholder communications.

• Preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly reporting packages, with the ability to clearly articulate financial results to executive leadership.
• Collaborating with FP&A on annual budgeting, 13-week cash flow forecasts, and monthly projections specific to the MN site.
• Handling the full cycle of fixed assets, from creation and depreciation to disposals and reconciliations.
• Partnering with global finance teams for monthly intercompany balance reconciliations.
• Managing payroll and benefits accounting across US sites for seamless operations.
• Overseeing sales and use tax compliance using Avalara software for all US operations.
• Supporting annual external audits by preparing and submitting year-end deliverables on time.
• Leading system improvement projects to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and deliver measurable ROI.

Required Qualifications
