Key Responsibilities

• AP/AR Assistance: Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections as needed.
• Reconciliations: Handle bank statements, credit card reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• GAAP Compliance: Uphold Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in all record-keeping and reporting activities.
• Audit and Tax Readiness: Prepare documentation and support internal/external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to resolve accounting issues and enhance financial workflows.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify efficiencies in accounting controls and procedures to drive operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
