Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Accounting & Financial Reporting

Lead daily tasks like journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with the Finance Director to create accurate financial statements compliant with GAAP standards, providing reliable data for leadership.

Bank Reconciliations & Inventory Management

Execute monthly reconciliations for all bank and credit card accounts, maintaining precision amid high-volume transactions. Partner with operations and sales teams to track merchandise inventory, generate cost reports, and uphold inventory accuracy.

Revenue Recognition & Tax Support

Accurately record sales, refunds, and adjustments, applying proper revenue recognition principles. Assist in tax preparation by compiling documentation and aiding filings, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Compliance, Audits & Process Optimization
