Key Responsibilities

Daily Student Support and Engagement

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current students through multiple channels including email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Timely acknowledgment and courteous responses to all prospective students and campus visitors to foster positive first impressions.
  • Schedule and lead engaging campus tours, highlighting key facilities, programs, and student life.

Advising and Administrative Duties

  • Coordinate advising sessions tailored to prospective and incoming students' needs.
  • Thoroughly review transcripts and provide expert guidance on fulfilling program prerequisites.
  • Accurately document every inquiry and interaction in the CRM system for seamless tracking.
  • Proactively follow up with non-converted inquiries to nurture leads and boost enrollment rates.

Application Processing and Communication

  • Assist in processing applications, enrollment forms, fees, transcripts, and related documentation efficiently.
  • Generate and send targeted status update emails and communications as per office directives.
  • Regularly distribute lists of admission candidates to relevant Roseman University units.
  • Notify appropriate personnel promptly of any changes in admission statuses.

Event and Project Support

  • Collaborate on planning and executing special events, recruitment projects, and campus activities to drive engagement.

Required Qualifications
