Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain comprehensive Windows and Linux server infrastructure to support enterprise workloads.
• Manage core identity services including Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP for seamless user authentication and access control.
• Provide expert support for virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Nutanix AHV, optimizing resource utilization and performance.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including virtual machines, virtual networking, blob/object storage, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Implement advanced monitoring for system performance, availability, and capacity planning using tools like Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, or SCOM.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and end-of-life lifecycle management to maintain security compliance and operational efficiency.
• Design and operationalize backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity plans with solutions like Veeam, Azure Site Recovery, or AWS Backup.
• Partner with network, security, and DevOps teams to execute large-scale infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Leverage automation through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Ansible to streamline deployments and reduce manual errors.

Required Qualifications for Systems Engineer

To succeed in this role, candidates must bring 5+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience in hybrid environments.
