Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all IT solutions, applications, infrastructure, and company goals. You will manage public, private, and hybrid cloud servers, Microsoft 365/Exchange, and related platforms. This includes hands-on maintenance of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft SQL Databases, Exchange Online, EntraID, Teams, and backup software to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
Oversee the data center, including all hardware, software, and applications. Maintain SAN environments in both headquarters Operations Center and Disaster Recovery sites, guaranteeing data replication continuity. Perform routine systems backups, data recovery, replications, and archivals to safeguard critical business data.
Lead on-premise to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations with minimal downtime. Research and implement innovative, automated approaches for system administration. Recommend, schedule, and execute hardware/software upgrades, including security patches. Install equipment adhering to hardening standards and resolve vulnerabilities in servers, storage, and associated environments.
Maintain user environments, file shares, and permissions while providing end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals. Collaborate within IT Help Desk and project management platforms to resolve escalated service requests. Implement and troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policies (GPOs) for workstations and servers. Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on complex projects.
Candidates must possess deep knowledge of cloud servers, Microsoft ecosystems (365, Exchange, SQL, EntraID, Teams), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and backup solutions. Proven experience with SAN management, data center operations, GPOs, and security hardening is essential. Familiarity with migration projects and automation scripting (PowerShell preferred) is required.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, end-user support experience, and proficiency in IT service platforms are mandatory. Excellent communication skills for mentoring and cross-team collaboration. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, plus 5+ years of systems engineering experience. Relevant certifications like MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, or equivalent highly desired.
