Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain physical servers, including Dell and Nutanix hardware, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Administer enterprise storage solutions such as Dell PowerScale and Pure Storage to meet demanding organizational data needs.
• Oversee hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms like Dell vxRail and Nutanix to streamline operations and reduce complexity.

Virtualization and Cloud Operations

• Implement and manage virtualization technologies including VMware ESXi, Nutanix, and Microsoft Hyper-V for efficient resource utilization.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on secure integrations with on-premises systems for hybrid cloud excellence.
• Handle Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and EntraID, to boost productivity and collaboration.

Security, Networking, and Recovery

• Configure and secure networking equipment such as Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
• Monitor endpoint security with tools like SentinelOne and CrowdStrike to safeguard assets against evolving threats.
• Develop robust backup and disaster recovery solutions using Rubrik, Cohesity, and Druva for business continuity.

System Administration

• Administer Windows Server environments, including advanced failover clustering for high availability.
• Manage Linux systems such as Ubuntu and Debian, applying best practices for performance and security.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and contribute to IT strategy, ensuring our clients receive world-class technology support.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Systems Engineer, you need 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure. Key qualifications include deep expertise in Dell and Nutanix hardware, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, enterprise storage (PowerScale, Pure), HCI platforms (vxRail, Nutanix), networking/security (Fortinet, SonicWall, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike), backups (Rubrik, Cohesity, Druva), Windows/Linux administration, Azure cloud, and Microsoft 365. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications like VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or Nutanix NCS. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are essential.
