To excel in this role, you need proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter, with a track record in full-cycle recruiting. Key skills include expertise in sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems), corporate recruiting best practices, and talent pipeline development. Strong analytical abilities for recruitment metrics are essential, along with excellent collaboration skills for working with hiring managers.
