Key Responsibilities

Architecture and Leadership

Take ownership of designing and leading the architecture for modern, scalable full-stack applications. You will drive technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities. Act as the go-to escalation point for production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance under pressure.

Innovation and Modernization

Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI-powered features into both existing platforms and new developments. Spearhead modernization initiatives by migrating legacy applications to contemporary stacks like Flask and Next.js. Collaborate with data engineering to overhaul ETL pipelines, enabling data-driven insights and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Delivery

Work hand-in-hand with product and business stakeholders to translate objectives into robust engineering solutions. Oversee the full lifecycle of greenfield applications—from design and development to testing and deployment—while continuously improving core app performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this pivotal role, you bring proven expertise as a Lead Full-stack Software Engineer with a track record of technical leadership. Key qualifications include deep knowledge of Flask and Next.js, hands-on experience with AI integrations, and a passion for mentoring teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, excel at legacy system migrations, and possess strong problem-solving skills for production environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership capacities.
