Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across Service Desk, Field Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Project Delivery, cultivating a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage comprehensive end-to-end performance metrics, encompassing service quality benchmarks, escalation protocols, and client satisfaction scores to drive accountability and results.
• Develop and implement scalable policies, procedures, and documentation frameworks that standardize operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery at scale.
• Oversee daily service operations, guaranteeing swift incident responses, proactive resolutions, and minimal downtime across diverse client environments.
• Act as the primary escalation point for key clients, building robust relationships through transparent communication and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Account Management teams on strategic planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and client technology roadmaps to align services with business objectives.
