Interview and Scheduling Coordination

Orchestrate complex interview schedules, including technical assessments, coding challenges, and multi-stakeholder panel discussions. Expertly manage calendars using tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook to align hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers seamlessly, minimizing delays in the hiring process.

ATS Management and Reporting

Diligently track all recruitment activities in state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Generate insightful reports on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire metrics, and candidate funnel progression to optimize recruitment strategies.

Collaboration and Offer Facilitation
