Build and nurture candidate relationships through personalized outreach, providing timely updates to maintain engagement and trust throughout the hiring journey.
Orchestrate complex interview schedules, including technical assessments, coding challenges, and multi-stakeholder panel discussions. Expertly manage calendars using tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook to align hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers seamlessly, minimizing delays in the hiring process.
Diligently track all recruitment activities in state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Generate insightful reports on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire metrics, and candidate funnel progression to optimize recruitment strategies.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, present shortlists of top candidates, and negotiate competitive offers. Guide candidates through onboarding, fostering a positive first impression and smooth transitions into new roles.
