Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance processes for periodic review, revision, approval, version control, and best-practice documentation of policies and procedures (P&Ps).
• Build and manage a centralized repository for all enterprise-wide and business unit P&Ps, ensuring easy access and organization-wide consistency.
• Partner with diverse teams to deploy GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools or equivalents, streamlining workflows, approvals, notifications, reporting, and regulatory tracking.
• Craft user-friendly supporting materials—such as summaries, FAQs, and guides—and lead annual training sessions to boost policy adoption and compliance.
• Monitor legislative proposals, laws, and regulations impacting CPG; interpret their effects, integrate into policies, and conduct thorough gap analyses of existing P&P inventories.
• Draft, edit, and refine P&Ps in plain language, ensuring they are concise, accurate, compliant with legal/operational standards, accessible to all audiences, and aligned enterprise-wide.
• Engage subject matter experts to infuse industry best practices into policies.
• Orchestrate stakeholder review and approval workflows efficiently.
• Generate reports for policy owners and compliance coordinators, tracking status, events, and escalating risks or non-compliance issues promptly.
• Work closely with Internal Audit on risk assessments for high-risk areas and annual evaluations to ensure P&Ps mitigate identified threats.
• Maintain a reliable system for corporate filings, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
• Adapt to additional duties as the organization's needs evolve.

Required Qualifications
