• Compensation Expertise: Build salary bands, geographic pay differentials, and job leveling systems; orchestrate annual cycles for merit increases, promotions, market pricing, and bonuses.
• Incentive Innovation: Design sales commissions, executive incentives, and equity vehicles like RSUs and stock options to fuel performance.
• Payroll Mastery: Oversee accurate, compliant payroll processing across the region, including taxes, bonuses, and Form W-2 reporting.
• Benefits Leadership: Curate health plans (medical, dental, vision), wellness programs, and voluntary options; negotiate vendor renewals for cost efficiency.
• Retirement Administration: Manage 401(k) plans with rigorous compliance, benchmarking, non-discrimination testing, and employee engagement efforts.
• Analytics & Insights: Develop dashboards monitoring comp trends, labor costs, and payroll KPIs using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
