• Conducting daily cash reporting and reconciling multiple bank accounts to track high-value transactions securely.
• Managing Amex Corporate Card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Performing month-end bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring payment gateways like Adyen and EBiz.
• Executing a variety of payments including AP wire transfers, ACH, EFT, and checks, while meticulously setting up banking templates.
• Processing non-trade receipts, daily cash postings, and credit card cash applications.
