Key Responsibilities

• Configure new company profiles and pay rules within UKG Workforce Management to align with specific organizational requirements and business rules
• Maintain and update system data including employee profiles, timecards, accruals, and scheduling parameters to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex timekeeping system issues to minimize operational disruptions
• Partner closely with payroll specialists and HR business partners to test and deploy system updates ahead of critical payroll deadlines
• Analyze current timekeeping processes and implement strategic improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user adoption
• Create comprehensive documentation for all configurations, workflows, custom reports, and system changes to support audit compliance and knowledge transfer
• Develop and deliver training programs for end users, administrators, and managers on UKG functionality and best practices
• Proactively monitor system health, performance metrics, and usage patterns to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations
• Stay current with UKG product updates, industry regulations, and workforce management trends to maintain system competitiveness

Required Qualifications for Success

To excel in this UKG Workforce Management Consultant role, candidates must demonstrate:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (Kronos) timekeeping configuration and administration
• Deep knowledge of UKG modules including Timekeeper, Accrual, Scheduling, and Reporting

• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex technical issues in production environments
