Key Responsibilities

• Journey Mapping: Document the full in-store guest ordering experience, highlighting key differences between mobile off-premise and kiosk on-premise paths to inform design decisions.
• Usability Audits: Critically assess existing kiosk interfaces for design quality, accessibility, and friction points; partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvements.
