Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end UX design efforts, from initial discovery and research phases through wireframing, prototyping, and final high-fidelity designs
  • Translate complex business requirements and stakeholder needs into clear, intuitive user flows, journeys, and experiences
  • Create comprehensive wireframes, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that communicate design vision effectively

User-Centered Research

  • Conduct thorough user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify pain points, opportunities, and user behaviors
  • Iterate designs continuously based on user feedback, A/B testing results, analytics, and evolving business goals

Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Content Strategists, and key Stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance), usability best practices, and inclusive design principles across all projects
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable design systems, component libraries, and UX standards for consistency

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this UX Designer role, candidates should demonstrate proven expertise and a strong foundation in user experience design principles.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of professional UX design experience in web and mobile environments
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects with measurable impact
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar prototyping software
  • Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and journey mapping
  • Deep knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG), inclusive design, and responsive design principles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
