Key Responsibilities

Study Design & Planning

Take ownership of the research process selecting optimal methodologies whether generative qualitative deep dives or evaluative quantitative validations to address complex product challenges. Research Execution

Hit the ground running with hands-on execution: facilitate in-depth user interviews deploy targeted surveys run longitudinal diary studies orchestrate card sorting sessions and moderate both in-person and remote usability tests. Your facilitation skills will uncover nuanced insights that others miss.

Data Synthesis & Reporting

Transform raw data into powerful narratives. Develop rich personas empathy maps customer journey visualizations and polished research reports that clearly articulate the 'so what?' behind findings making complex data accessible to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Integration

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this UX Researcher role at Robert Half you'll bring proven expertise and a user-obsessed mindset:

  • 6+ years of hands-on UX research experience in product or digital environments
  • Demonstrated leadership of complete research lifecycles from planning to impact measurement
  • Expertise across research methods: interviews surveys diary studies card sorting usability testing (moderated/unmoderated)
  • Strong synthesis skills with portfolio examples of personas journey maps and research deliverables
  • Experience scaling research ops including repository management and insight accessibility
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities to influence without authority
  • Collaborative team player comfortable partnering with Design PM and Engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HCI UX Design Psychology Anthropology or related discipline
