Key Responsibilities

As our UX Researcher your impact will span the entire research lifecycle delivering actionable insights that transform products.

Study Design & Planning

Take ownership of the research process selecting optimal methodologies whether generative qualitative deep dives or evaluative quantitative validations to address complex product challenges. Craft study plans that align with business objectives and user needs ensuring every project yields maximum value.

Research Execution

Hit the ground running with hands-on execution: facilitate in-depth user interviews deploy targeted surveys run longitudinal diary studies orchestrate card sorting sessions and moderate both in-person and remote usability tests. Data Synthesis & Reporting

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this UX Researcher role at Robert Half you'll bring proven expertise and a user-obsessed mindset:

• 6+ years of hands-on UX research experience in product or digital environments
• Demonstrated leadership of complete research lifecycles from planning to impact measurement
• Expertise across research methods: interviews surveys diary studies card sorting usability testing (moderated/unmoderated)
• Strong synthesis skills with portfolio examples of personas journey maps and research deliverables
• Experience scaling research ops including repository management and insight accessibility
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities to influence without authority
• Collaborative team player comfortable partnering with Design PM and Engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's in HCI UX Design Psychology Anthropology or related discipline
• Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting Lookback Optimal Workshop Miro Figma etc.)
• Comfortable with 2 days/week onsite in Midtown Atlanta GA
