Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, implementation, and management of core platforms like CRM (e.g., Affinity, DealCloud), portfolio management systems, and advanced reporting tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and investment teams to convert complex business requirements into robust, scalable tech solutions.
• Engineer reliable data pipelines and system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and real-time accessibility across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Tableau or Power BI, delivering actionable insights for executives and investors.
• Champion process optimization by automating repetitive finance and operations workflows, leveraging scripting (Python/SQL) and low-code platforms.
• Manage data migrations, platform upgrades, and system enhancements to support the firm's portfolio growth and new fund launches.
• Uphold rigorous compliance, governance, and risk management standards across all processes, aligning with SEC regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor emerging technologies in financial software, AI-driven analytics, and fintech to proactively enhance operational capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field; MBA or CFA a plus.
