This executive role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a growing brand through innovative, data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and unwavering customer loyalty. Based in the heart of Dallas, Texas, this hybrid position (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across a multimillion-dollar budget and high-performance team.

About the Role

The VP of Marketing is the strategic architect behind the company's national retail footprint and thriving digital ecosystem. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will own the entire marketing lifecycle—from brand positioning and demand generation to eCommerce optimization, customer experience, and loyalty programs. This is not just a leadership role; it's a pivotal position to deliver measurable business outcomes, including sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and enhanced customer lifetime value. Ideal for seasoned marketers passionate about omnichannel strategies, full-funnel optimization, and building scalable marketing organizations, this role demands a blend of visionary thinking and tactical excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

Lead the development and execution of an integrated, data-driven marketing strategy that spans acquisition, retention, brand building, and digital channels. Drive sustained revenue growth and market expansion by owning full-funnel demand generation, eCommerce initiatives, and lifecycle marketing. Deliver year-over-year improvements in key metrics such as leads, conversions, customer growth, and digital revenue streams.

Performance Marketing & Optimization

Direct omnichannel performance marketing efforts across PPC, affiliate programs, paid social, organic search, and traditional media. Optimize ROI through continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) and seamless customer journey enhancements. Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that ensure a consistent, differentiated brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

Customer Experience & Loyalty Innovation

Oversee customer experience (CX), loyalty, referral, and engagement programs, including cutting-edge mobile platform innovations. Increase retention rates, boost customer lifetime value (CLV), and unlock cross-sell opportunities through personalized, data-informed initiatives.

Team & Budget Leadership

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing organization. Manage and optimize a $10M+ annual budget while developing top talent, establishing rigorous performance metrics, and implementing scalable processes. Foster cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must bring 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing industries. A proven track record in driving revenue growth through integrated strategies is essential, alongside hands-on experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets. You should be a natural leader with strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing analytics tools, and a passion for talent development. Experience in omnichannel retail and GTM execution will set you apart.
