Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate reporting under tight deadlines.
• Manage all aspects of annual audits, fostering productive relationships with external auditors to minimize disruptions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of critical SEC reports including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain robust documentation for all financial operations, internal controls, and SOX requirements to support audit readiness.
• Direct daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll processing, tax compliance, and audit support.

• Collaborate closely with internal audit teams to refine controls, policies, and procedures, mitigating risks and enhancing financial integrity.
