Key Responsibilities

• Lead Incident Response: Direct enterprise-wide incident response and investigation processes, ensuring rapid mitigation and minimal business disruption in complex environments.
• Oversee SOC and MDR: Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) vendors, optimizing threat detection and response to protect critical assets and sensitive data.
• Drive GRC Excellence: Develop and refine Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, audit practices, and adherence to regulations including NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Strategic Security Leadership: Define and align multi-year security roadmaps with organizational objectives, spearheading transformation initiatives and change management.
• Executive Reporting: Craft and deliver compelling communications on cyber risks, threats, and program effectiveness to senior leadership, board members, and key stakeholders.
• Budget and Resource Mastery: Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize risk reduction and advance program maturity.

Required Qualifications
