About the Role

As VP/Director of Finance, you will report directly to the General Manager and Regional Director of Finance, serving as the financial guardian of the facility. • Conduct thorough reviews of bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and in-depth financial analyses to maintain accuracy.
• Spearhead budgeting processes, crafting operating budgets, monthly forecasts, capital plans, and cash flow projections that align with business goals.
• Oversee event financials, from settlements and accounting to comprehensive event reports that inform decision-making.
• Manage journal entries, fixed assets, payroll processing, and record-keeping for complete financial integrity.
• Approve critical documents like financial statements, budget reports, and event flash reports, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Partner with external auditors for seamless annual audits and the issuance of audited financial statements.
• Deliver customized financial reports and strategic analyses requested by executive leadership.
• Optimize cash flow by balancing operational demands and prudently investing surplus funds.
