Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and manage a dynamic team of five direct reports, handling all aspects of hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional skill development. Cultivate a collaborative culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and alignment with organizational goals in long-term care finance.

Financial Oversight and Reporting

Provide daily oversight of critical departments including General Ledger Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Accounts Payable. Prepare, review, and analyze comprehensive monthly financial statements, delivering detailed reports that inform strategic decisions.

Strategic Planning and Controls

Develop robust financial controls, expense budgeting processes, income forecasting models, and performance analysis frameworks. Drive departmental strategy, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to uphold accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation standards.

Senior Leadership Engagement

Represent the Finance department on the Senior Management committee, actively contributing to high-level organizational decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications
