  • Craft compelling quarterly reports tailored for executive meetings and board presentations, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
  • Manage appraisals, loan draw processes, and related documentation to uphold regulatory standards and secure funding.
  • Build sophisticated ad hoc financial models and cash flow forecasts to inform critical decisions on investments and expansions.
  • Engage with C-suite leaders through clear, strategic communication, ensuring financial plans support broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
