Key Responsibilities

Analytics Implementation & Management

Lead the setup and maintenance of advanced web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and server-side tracking. Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across websites, apps, and marketing campaigns to capture comprehensive user data while complying with privacy standards like GDPR and CCPA.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Dive deep into traffic sources, user behavior patterns, and conversion funnels. Use SQL queries to extract meaningful data, build attribution models, and identify bottlenecks that hinder performance. Translate findings into executive-ready reports and visualizations using Google Data Studio or Tableau.

Optimization & Experimentation

Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization strategies to boost conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys based on empirical evidence.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with marketing, product, sales, and dev teams to align analytics with business goals. Deliver monthly performance reviews, ad-hoc analyses, and predictive modeling to forecast trends and ROI impacts.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or growth roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 certified preferred), GTM, and JavaScript for custom tracking.
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex queries; experience with BigQuery or similar is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) and marketing attribution.
  • Proven success in CRO, A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO), and funnel analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights to C-suite executives and non-technical audiences.
