Using ServiceNow workflows, you'll manage end-user requests while strictly adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Take charge of procuring and distributing mobile devices and accessories to employees. Enroll devices in the MDM system, enforce compliance policies, and oversee application distribution. This includes troubleshooting complex technical and business issues in mobile and wireless telecommunications, keeping the workforce connected and productive.
Perform monthly audits of mobile services, scrutinizing international travel usage, zero-usage accounts, and high-data anomalies. Develop insightful reports on monthly mobile usage trends to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers to resolve connectivity challenges, ensuring reliable service nationwide and beyond.
Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge-based documentation for internal teams and end-users, fostering a self-service culture and reducing ticket volumes over time.
