- Creating and maintaining a forward-looking finance roadmap that anticipates growth, regulatory changes, and efficiency gains
- Designing functional specifications and configuring Workday modules to meet precise business needs
- Managing delivery timelines, quality assurance, and adherence to financial controls and SOX compliance
- Guiding integrations with upstream/downstream systems, data validation, and advanced reporting tools
- Resolving complex system-accounting issues through root-cause analysis and preventive measures
- Ensuring audit readiness, risk mitigation, and collaboration with compliance teams

Required Qualifications
