Key Responsibilities

Lead Testing Strategy and Execution

Take full ownership of the master test plan, defining the testing approach for E2E, regression, and parallel testing. Ensure all environments are production-ready and seamlessly coordinate efforts across multiple workstreams to maintain project momentum and alignment.

Develop and Execute Test Scripts

Craft comprehensive user test scripts that mirror real-world business processes. Execute high-priority tests with precision, rigorously validating outcomes for accuracy, compliance, and functionality to uphold the highest quality standards.

Master Regression and Parallel Testing

Design and maintain an extensive regression suite tailored to HCM, Financials, Budgeting, and UNA modules. Optimize cycles for maximum efficiency and coverage while planning parallel testing phases, reconciling discrepancies, and resolving variances swiftly.

Defect Management and Reporting

Spearhead defect triage sessions, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and track resolutions to closure. Deliver clear, data-driven reports on testing progress, KPIs, and risks to keep stakeholders informed and confident.

Required Qualifications
