Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy both standard and custom Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, REST APIs, RaaS reports, and file-based feeds.
• Lead complex integration projects spanning payroll, benefits administration, financial systems, and time-tracking modules to ensure end-to-end data synchronization.
• Execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) templates, manage data workbooks, and handle configuration during all phases of Workday implementations.
• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to enable bi-directional data exchanges for employee demographics, time data, and compensation details.
• Configure and support Workday Benefits Connector for seamless integration with third-party benefits providers, streamlining open enrollment processes.
• Develop integrations for recruiting, performance management, and payroll systems, focusing on data accuracy, security, and real-time reporting capabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), followed by thorough troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all integrations, ensuring knowledge transfer and system stability post-go-live.
• Provide production support for ongoing activities like annual open enrollment, mass data loads, and ad-hoc integration enhancements.

Required Qualifications for Success
