Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of the Workday system, spanning functional areas like HCM, Finance, and Payroll to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, proactively spotting gaps and crafting innovative scenarios to cover all edge cases.
• Leverage advanced testing tools and standardized methodologies from the system integrator for efficient, repeatable processes.
• Monitor defect tracking systems, lead triage sessions, and drive cross-functional resolution to minimize downtime and ensure project timelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Workday Implementation Lead, delivering timely updates, insights, and recommendations on testing outcomes.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on testing strategies and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in periodic onsite meetings in Saint Paul to align with the system integrator and project team for seamless coordination.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on testing progress, defect metrics, resolution status, and quality benchmarks to stakeholders.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards, adhering to project guidelines and best practices in Workday testing to guarantee a successful go-live.

Required Qualifications for Success
