Job Description

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Production team’s mission is to drive the end-to-end creation of high-impact content and experiences that bring our brand and mission to life across every channel. We partner closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to turn ideas into launch-ready work.

As a Production Intern on our Social pod, you’ll support the day-to-day production of marketing campaigns for our social channels—partnering with a senior producer to intake requests, scope work, and help bring content to life across static, animated, motion, product UI, and live-action formats.

This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in coordinating and executing social-first production tasks across static design, motion graphics, product UI demos, and live-action shoots for our social channels.
  • Help maintain social production schedules, request and asset trackers, and workflow documentation so campaigns move smoothly from brief to publish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Social, Creative (design, copy, motion), Marketing Program Management, and Product Marketing—to align deliverables with campaign goals, platform best practices, and brand guidelines.
  • Support logistics around shoots and recordings (e.g., schedules, call sheets, basic equipment coordination), as well as clean handoff of files to editors, motion designers, and other creative partners.
  • Document and report on key production details (e.g., request status, asset versions, approvals, usage notes) and share ideas to improve how our Social pod plans, produces, and ships work.

What you bring

  • You’re currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally studying Media Production, Film/TV, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in social media, storytelling, and how content gets made—from concept and brief, to shoot or design, to final file delivery and publish.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who enjoys working with designers, writers, motion designers, producers, and marketers—and you’re open to feedback and iteration.
  • Familiarity with creative and production tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, basic camera or lighting equipment, or file management workflows) is a plus.

What we offer

  • Market competitive compensation structure
  • Quarterly lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more!
  • Time away including company holidays, paid time off, and sick time!
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
