• Emptying trash containers, restocking essentials like soap, towels, amenities, and paper items.
• Handling guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and room service trays promptly.
• Maintaining clean exterior entries, hallways, linen closets, and supply areas.
• Reporting maintenance needs or special issues to supervisors immediately.
• Securing rooms upon leaving and addressing guest complaints with empathy, solutions, and follow-through.
• Delivering 'Yes I Can!' hospitality, teamwork, and 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Commitment to exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel policies.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive movements, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, squat, bend, kneel, twist, and stand for extended periods.

No formal education beyond high school is required, but a passion for hospitality is essential.
