Key Responsibilities

Room Attendants play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Daily tasks include:

• Cleaning assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards: making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
• Emptying trash containers, restocking essentials like soap, towels, amenities, and paper items.
• Handling guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and room service trays promptly.
• Maintaining clean exterior entries, hallways, linen closets, and supply areas.
• Reporting maintenance needs or special issues to supervisors immediately.
• Securing rooms upon departure and addressing guest requests or complaints with empathy and solutions, embodying the 'Yes I Can!' spirit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum one year of hospitality housekeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily cleaning quotas across multiple room types.
• Effective communication, ability to follow instructions, and work independently or in teams.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical demands: repetitive hand/arm movements, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
