Role Overview

The Room Attendant (PM) position at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This upper-upscale hotel, connected directly to the Mall of America, features 500 design-forward guest rooms, unique spaces, and over 26,000 square feet of meeting space. As a Room Attendant, you ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing clean, comfortable, and safe rooms wrapped in a 'Yes I Can!' attitude. Key Responsibilities

Room Attendants at Choice Hotels uphold the highest brand standards to exceed guest expectations. Core duties include cleaning assigned guest rooms or suites: making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and meticulously cleaning bathrooms. You will empty trash containers, restock essentials like soap, towels, amenities, and paper items, and ensure the removal of trays, glassware, and silverware. Maintaining spotless exterior entries, hallways, linen closets, and supply areas is essential, as is promptly attending to guest laundry and dry-cleaning.
