Reporting to the RSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in deploying the PepsiCo Positive strategy across France. Collaborate closely with French teams in Corporate Affairs (Public & Regulatory Affairs, Internal & External Communications), Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and European RSE specialists in Climate, Agriculture, and Packaging. Ideal for students passionate about sustainability, this position offers hands-on experience in managing KPIs, client strategies, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities

Strategy Deployment on Core Pillars

Accompany the implementation of PepsiCo Positive across packaging, nutrition, decarbonation, and agriculture. Work with European sector teams and local France BU to manage performance indicators: build scorecards, compile data, conduct analyses, and track progress. Develop benchmarks to inform decision-making and launch high-impact initiatives.

Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required. Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and project management enthusiasm. PepsiCo seeks inclusive talent regardless of gender, education, religion, origin, nationality, disability, or age—share any specific needs during recruitment.

Benefits & Perks

Beyond the competitive €1100-€1500 monthly stipend, enjoy a benevolent, proximity-based management style in a warm, flexible environment.
