Required Qualifications

  • Licensed CPA (experience)
  • 6+ years of relevant experience post CA qualification (experience)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience post ACCA/CPA qualification (experience)
  • Excellent technical skills in accounting (GAAP, GAAS, IFRS) (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities (experience)
  • Experience in managing and overseeing staff (experience)
  • Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships (experience)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels (experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (experience)
  • Experience in the Private Equity industry (preferred) (experience)
  • Strong data analysis skills including advanced Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables) (experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (experience)
  • Previous Big 4 experience (preferred) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate various phases of assurance support services.
  • Manage staff requirements and apply client engagement teamwork plans.
  • Monitor hours and assess the skills of the team.
  • Coordinate and participate in quality control reviews related to service delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with teams abroad to provide excellent client service.
  • Supervise RDC staff assisting with the review of work product.
  • Ensure staff are performing proper self-reviews.
  • Provide guidance on testing procedures.
  • Monitor and report productivity and adherence to work plans.
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards.
  • Promote and uphold firm policies and procedures.
  • Develop, motivate, and train staff-level team members.
  • Advise on career development opportunities.
  • Participate in the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Proactively anticipate and address concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain personal professional development through ongoing education.
  • Participate in various projects, collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
  • Ensure timely completion of work.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand services to US business teams.
