Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable value, strengthening client relationships, and advancing the growth of the managed payroll practice.
You will oversee all aspects of client engagements, from initial assessment to implementation and ongoing support. This includes conducting comprehensive payroll operational assessments, developing future-state operating models, standardizing processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. You will also be responsible for managing engagement budgets and timelines, as well as mentoring and developing junior team members.
