Role Overview

RSM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Due Diligence & Advisory Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements for clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will work closely with both corporate and private equity clients, providing expert advice and analysis to help them make informed investment decisions. As a Financial Due Diligence & Advisory Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
