Role Overview

RSM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced TAS Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence team within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, with a focus on the Healthcare industry. As a TAS Manager, you will play a critical role in providing financial due diligence services to clients who are acquiring or divesting businesses. You will work closely with our nationally award-winning Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory practice, serving both corporate and private equity clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a TAS Manager will include:
