Are you a tax professional with a passion for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment? If so, RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic M&A Federal Tax Manager to join our national Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax group. This is a rapidly growing consulting practice with significant advancement opportunities, where you'll advise multinational corporations, privately held companies, partnerships, and private equity firms on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, and executing M&A transactions.
As a Tax Manager within RSM’s M&A Tax practice, your responsibilities will revolve around three core concepts: Technical & Quality Expertise, People & Talent Management, and Client Service/Business Development. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering due diligence and tax structuring services while communicating findings and opportunities to clients. You'll also work closely with senior team members on complex tax issues related to consolidated returns, S Corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
