Role Overview

As a Managed Application Services (MAS) Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our implementation projects and providing ongoing support to clients after go-live. You will mentor team members, assist clients with D365 implementation and support, and collaborate directly with Microsoft on resolving mission-critical business situations. A Day in the Life

Here’s a glimpse of what your day might look like as a MAS Senior Consultant:

• Begin your day by reviewing client support tickets and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex D365 issues and develop effective solutions.
• Meet with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on D365 best practices.
• Develop and implement D365 customizations and extensions to meet specific client requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support on technical and functional aspects of D365.
• Participate in internal training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features and updates.
• Work with Microsoft support to resolve critical issues and escalate complex problems.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for D365 implementations.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and estimations for potential clients.
