As a Managed Application Services (MAS) Senior Consultant at RSM, you will be a key player in our expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. We are a leading Microsoft Partner, and we leverage Microsoft's leading enterprise resource planning platform, Microsoft D365, and other Microsoft-centric tools to help our clients stay competitive in a constantly changing environment. This role focuses on supporting our implementation projects and continuing with the client after go-live. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics D365 software
  • Mentor team members on D365 best practices and solutions
  • Work directly with Microsoft on resolving critical business situations
  • Support implementation projects throughout the lifecycle
  • Continue supporting clients after go-live
  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions
  • Configure and customize D365 modules to meet client needs
  • Develop and maintain D365 documentation and training materials
  • Participate in project planning and execution
  • Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 users
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest D365 features and updates
  • Collaborate with other consultants and developers to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within D365
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet client reporting needs
