Managing Director - Risk Consulting Internal Audit (Energy Industry)

As a Managing Director in RSM’s growing Process Risk and Controls Practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing risk consulting and internal audit services to our clients in the energy sector. You will lead and manage teams of consultants, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit and risk consulting engagements for clients in the energy industry. You will work closely with C-suite executives and board members to identify and assess risks, develop appropriate mitigation strategies, and design and implement internal control frameworks. You will also provide guidance and support to clients on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and other regulatory requirements.

As a Managing Director, you will be a key member of our leadership team, contributing to the development of new business opportunities, leading practice and firm-wide initiatives, and mentoring and developing our consultants. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our project deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.
